Mindfulness Exercise
Here’s a video walking through a mindfulness exercise from the book The Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety: A Guide to Breaking Free from Anxiety, Phobias, and Worry Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (A New Harbinger Self-Help Workbook). This video was made to assist my current clients with permission by the author. There’s no reason for you to purchase the workbook. This is one of the only exercises I use from the book, because I do not use ACT.
